Introduction of products
GS-993 is two-component, high-modulus and high strength sealant with superior bond to most substrates in structural assembly. It has the following characteristics:
1. Neutral cure no corrosion to metals, coated glasses, concrete and marbles;
2. Good weather ability and aging resistance;
3. Good thermal stability with operating temperatures between -40º C and 150º C;
4. Good compatibility with most building materials without primer in general;
5. Good compatibility with other neutral silicone sealant.
Colors
Component A of GS-842: White,
Component B of GS-842: Black,
Mixture of the Component A and the Component B: Black.
Main Uses
1. Structural adhesion and sealing in glass curtain walls, stones (marbles and granite) walls, aluminum curtain walls, glazing roofs and metal structures.
2. Secondary sealing in insulation glass.
3. Sealing in high building and industrial application.
4. Sealing in other construction and industries.

Application limits
1. They can't be used to oil, plasticizer or solvent bleed surfaces, such as oil immersed wood surface;
2. They can't be used in poor ventilated areas;
3. They aren't be recommended for frosted, humid or water immersed surfaces;
4. They aren't recommended for surfaces, where the temperature exceed 40º C.
Storage period
The products shall be stored in sealed containers in cool and dry places where the temperature isn't more than 27º C. Guarantee period-9 months from the manufacture date.
Package
GS-993: Large Package--for component A: 200L iron drum, net weight 260Kg;
--for component B: 20L plastic pail, net weight 20kg.
Small package--for component A: 20L plastic pail, net weight 20kg.
--for component B: 4 L plastic pail, net weight 5kg.
Safe precautionary measures
1. The products has no toxicity after full cure but before cure, avoid contact with eyes and mouth, If occurs, rinse with plenty of water. If necessary, see doctor at once.
2. Avoid long-tem contact of skin with sealant as can as possible. If skin has been contaminated with not fully cured sealant, wipe out with dry cloth or paper at once. Pay attention to ventilation in installation areas.
3. Avoid children contact with uncured products.

Maintenance
In general, there is no need for maintenance. If damage occurs, in sealant joint, remove surface dirt with solvent and remedy with same sealant.
Estimation of applicable amount
In ordinary circumstances, the Weight ratio of component A and component B is 13: 1, and the users can change it between 10: 1 and 14: 1.
